This meeting is where we discuss what your ideal home would have. All your needs, wants, must have, would be nice but not a need (hash out all the fun stuff). Introduce you to lenders and other 3rd party vendors you may need along the way.
This step is for getting with a Lender to see what you can actually afford to buy. We don’t want you to fall in love with a house and not be able to buy it. This step is crucial for that reason before we start looking at house.
This is the fun part! We get to go around Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, Etc to find the house that you want to make your home. We will set up an auto email that will send you a list when a house that meets your criteria is listed.
Once we find the right house, we will put together the best offer we can for you. Every situation is different and calls for a strong offer to stand out in a sea of other offers or a great deal for the buyer (you). There is usually a little back and forth so patience is key in this step.
Now we have an ACCEPTED contract!! Congrats! Once we have this step, we will introduce the home inspectors, insurance agents, and title companies to the process. We find potential issues with the home and go back into negotiations. We will decide what we want to have the seller fix or what we may want to do on the buyer side. Once again this is different for every deal and patience is key!
