The Process of Buying a Home

Introductory Meeting

We will first meet at my office and discuss what you are looking for and fill out the initial paperwork. I will introduce you to Lenders if need be.

Search

I will setup a search on the MLS to find your new home. This is when we will setup your auto email.

Contract

When we find your new home, we fill out the paperwork and negotiate the best price.

Contract to Close

We will get through the Inspection, Appraisal, and final details with the Lender.
