The goal of getting your house sold as quick and for as much as possible. There are no guarantees with listing your house, but if you do all of these it can improve your chances.

Now the 10 tips for getting your house ready to sell:

Tip 1: Declutter your personal items.

Tip 2: Stage for Photos.

Tip 3: Clean up the landscape.

Tip 4: Replace all the burnt out light bulbs.

Tip 5: Fresh coat of neutral paint.

Tip 6: Pick a realistic listing price.

Tip 7: Deep clean the interior and keep it clean.

Tip 8: If you have pets, make it as if they aren’t there (we still love them but not everyone does).

Tip 9: Make the kitchen shine clutter-free and sparkling clean.

Tip 10: Walk-thru your house as if you were buying it and pick out the flaws you see.

Bonus Tip: Hire a home inspector to do a pre-list inspection and an appraiser to get accurate measurements if one is not available from when you bought the house.
